Currently, we only have one location. Our flagship space is situated in beautiful Carlsbad, CA right off the 5 freeway and only a few minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Munch spots, gas stations, and coffee bars are all right around the corner along with easy access to the Coaster Commuter train and bike paths. We have big dreams though and hope to open more TrueWork locations in the near future!

Another super question! All memberships include a private mail box with a unique business address. For instance, your address might be... 5451 Avenida Encinas, suite B-200, Carlsbad, CA 92008. Your unique PMB would be B-200. Mail is sorted and delivered to your box daily. Mail and packages can also be forwarded upon your request. Our Virtual Office Solution provides a safe business address and a unique PMB, mail holding and/or mail forwarding, and digital scanning and shredding for your convenience.

Yes! Our members have keyless access 24/7/365 via the Brivo Mobile App. However, our dedicated staff does have to go home from time to time so we can provide the world-class service that our members love. M-F our team is onsite from 9 am to 4 pm (PST). However, depending on events, tours, or member needs, we might be in the space at the crack of dawn or until the wee hours.

We get it! And we've got you covered. TrueWork believes in mutual respect so we've provided three (3) private phone pods that are great for business calls and video chats alike. Phone booths should ideally only be used for 30 minutes at a time, back to that mutual respect thing. But hey, if you are on your phone all day maybe it's time for an upgrade to a Private Office you go-getter you! Let us know if you have questions or need more dedicated phone pod time. We're all ears.

We've built out our offices to comfortably accommodate the people using the space, not worrying about the number of inches between the walls. We want you to have room to breath and create a space that functions well for your unique needs. To that end, the Private offices are 134 sq. ft, roomy enough for 4 go-getters + their stuff. The Executive suites are about 300 sq. ft; plenty of room for up to 8 movers and shakers + all their goodies.

We love doggies of all shapes and sizes and would love to bring ours to work! However, our building does not accept dogs, due to possible allergies of other clients. We, of course, do allow service dogs. If you have an emotional support rat however, you might want to give us a heads before you pop in!
